We grew three Courgette plants, as we had no idea how many courgettes one plant would grow, as well as having no idea what marrows tasted like. We picked the perfect amount of courgettes, but we also were inundated with marrows. As we were both very busy during the summer we were not able to visit the allotment as often as we would like. We would see a small courgette on the weekend, and when we went back the following weekend it would be a full sized marrow.
