Yorkshire Puddings
ingredients:
100g Plain Flour
150ml milk
1 egg yolk
2 egg whites
Method:
I like to use fairy cake tins for my Yorkshires. Heat
a little olive oil in the tray. While it's hotting up,
whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. When the oil is
very hot, pour the mixture into the tin, then simply bake in
the oven on gas mark 6 / 200C for at least 20 minutes without
opening the oven door.
